Aaaaaand–instant mental clarity! It's like taking all those tabs open in your brain and writing them down so your mental browser can actually function again.

I was skeptical about this at first because it seemed too simple? But there's something magical about physically writing down all the chaos. My brain literally feels lighter afterward.

PART 3: Priority Setting (3 Minutes)

This is where I look at all the things I have to do and choose my THREE non-negotiables for the day. Just 3. That's it.

I used to have these massive to-do lists with like 20 items that would make me feel like a failure when I couldn't finish them. Now I pick THREE things that would make today a win. Period.

I actually learned this from a CEO mom who said something that changed my life: "A short to-do list completed is better than a long one abandoned."
